Throat Chakra- G-  artistic communication, authenticity, creative expression, the power to speak up. Located in the throat area, it governs communication, expression and speaking the truth. It helps with clear self expression, honesty and effective listening.
Crown Chakra- B- awareness, inner peace and fulfillment, connection to self. At the top of the head, it connects to higher consciousness and spiritual enlightenment. It fosters a sense of unity, spiritual connection, and divine wisdom
